Athletes with low energy availability who work with a credentialed sports dietitian are able to improve performance and recovery, reduce injury risk, restore menstrual function and decrease stress or uncertainty around food - supporting long-term health and athletic success, compared to those without targeted nutrition support.

Through a team-based, holistic, and compassionate approach, I help athletes restore their health and receive personalized, tangible nutrition support for daily life, training, and race day. This allows you to feel better, both mentally and physically, and to refocus your energy on the sport you love.

Recovering from RED-S starts with personalized and evidence-based nutrition guidance - helping the athlete by looking at all aspects of health - mind and body. In collaboration with your medical team, I help address underlying medical concerns while supporting you through any challenges affecting your energy, recovery, or relationship with food.

You can expect to feel more energized, supported in your overall health, and greater confidence in your training and performance. Together, we will create an individualized nutrition plan including strategies for daily fueling, training, recovery, race day, and off-season, tailored to your schedule, lifestyle, and goals. You will leave each session with practical tools, easy-to-prepare meal and snack ideas, and a clear plan to help your body perform at its best while staying healthy and strong.

Signature RED-S Recovery & Performance Program

Investment: $1,350

  • 1 x 90-minute comprehensive initial session

  • 6 x 60-minute follow-up sessions


Overview:

This signature program is designed for endurance athletes experiencing or at risk of Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport (RED-S). Recovery requires a structured, team-based approach, and this program offers the ongoing guidance, monitoring, and individualized nutrition support needed to restore energy balance, rebuild health, and, when appropriate, safely optimize performance.

Through compassionate, evidence-based care, this program helps you navigate the physical and emotional challenges of RED-S. You will receive personalized strategies to restore energy, improve wellbeing, and rebuild confidence in your ability to fuel, train, and recover - all within a supportive, non-judgmental environment.

Each session is tailored to your unique needs, helping you feel seen, supported, and empowered as you move toward lasting health and sustainable performance.


Includes:

  • Ongoing coordination with your healthcare and coaching team like a physician, coach, physiotherapist, etc.

  • Lab and DEXA guidance, if warranted

  • Supplement review and optimization

  • Personalized, evidence-based nutrition and recovery guidance

  • General meal and snack frameworks and practical strategies

Customized meal plans (with a grocery list) are available as an add-on if requested.

You will leave each session feeling supported to:

This package is designed for athletes who are experiencing, recovering from, or at risk of Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport (RED-S) and want ongoing nutrition support as their health, training status, and goals evolve. Sessions are individualized and paced to your needs, providing space to adjust fueling strategies, support energy availability, and navigate the physical and emotional aspects of recovery.

Support focuses on helping you build consistent, sustainable nutrition habits that align with your current training capacity - whether you are actively training, modifying activity, or gradually returning to sport. Sessions also allow for ongoing collaboration with your healthcare and training team, when appropriate, to support safe and confident progress.

When helpful, sessions may include reviewing or planning meals and snacks together to translate nutrition goals into practical, real-life choices that support recovery and long-term performance.


Customized Meal Plan Add-On

Looking for more structure and support between sessions? A personalized meal plan, with a grocery list, can help make nourishing yourself simpler and more intentional.

Plans range from $95-$250, depending on length and customization, and are tailored to your goals, preferences, and daily routine.

Support Person Session

This 30-minute session is available for clients navigating RED-S or eating disorder recovery and is $90. It is designed to help caregivers, partners, or loved ones offer meaningful support.

Together, we will explore ways to approach conversations about food, body image, and recovery with compassion, confidence, and respect for autonomy. Please contact me to learn more.

I believe everyone deserves access to supportive, high-quality nutrition care. To help reduce financial barriers, I offer a limited number of reduced-cost spots each month. These are prioritized for clients from marginalized communities or those facing financial hardship.
