3 x 60-minute follow-up sessions

This package is for athletes who have already built a nutrition foundation and want continued support to refine strategies, adapt to changing training demands, or work through new performance goals. Sessions are tailored to your sport, schedule, and training cycle, providing space to troubleshoot challenges, adjust fueling plans, and build confidence in your day-to-day nutrition choices.
When helpful, sessions may include reviewing or planning meals and snacks together to ensure your fueling is practical, sustainable, and aligned with training and performance needs.
Customized Meal Plan Add-On
Looking for more structure and support between sessions? A personalized meal plan, with a grocery list, can help make nourishing yourself simpler and more intentional.
Plans range from $95-$250, depending on length and customization, and are tailored to your goals, preferences, and daily routine.

With your permission, caregivers or support people are always welcome to be involved in sessions to help support your nutrition needs, training demands, and overall goals. Participation is always optional and guided by what feels most supportive for you.
PAYMENT & INSURANCE NOTE
Please note that all sessions and packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. Payment for nutrition counselling packages is required in full before starting service. If you plan to use insurance, please check your coverage for Registered Dietitian services before purchasing a package. You will receive an individual receipt after each session, which you can submit to your provider for reimbursement. Direct billing may be available depending on your insurance plan — either for individual sessions or, if permitted, for a full package.
