EATING DISORDER & DISORDERED EATING SUPPORT IN VANCOUVER
Are You Struggling with Food, Eating, or Your Body?
You might be struggling with food or your relationship with eating — and unsure if it's 'serious enough' to ask for help. Perhaps you feel disconnected from or critical of your body, anxious around meals, or confused about how to nourish yourself in a way that actually feels right.
You might be caught in cycles of restriction, bingeing, over-exercising, or feeling out of touch with your hunger cues and energy. Mealtimes may feel stressful, you may feel isolated from friends, or thoughts about food and your body may take up far more space than you'd like.
Whether you've been diagnosed with an eating disorder or are experiencing disordered eating that's quietly impacting your daily life, it can be exhausting. Deep down, you just want to feel at peace with food, trust your body, and live a life that isn't ruled by eating or body worries.
As an eating disorders dietitian in Vancouver, I'm here to help you find that freedom — with compassion, evidence, and no judgment.
Research shows that individualized nutrition support from a Registered Dietitian, as part of a care team, significantly improves recovery outcomes for people with eating disorders and disordered eating. It reduces stress and anxiety around meals, supports both physical and mental health, and lowers the risk of long-term health complications.
