Does this sound like you?

  • You want your team to fuel better and avoid underfueling
  • You want to spot early signs of disordered eating or RED-S
  • You want practical, evidence-based education from a trusted RD

Why education matters

Evidence-based nutrition education equips professionals to recognize early signs of eating disorders and nutrition-related concerns, support proper fueling, reduce injury risk, and know when specialized support may help — promoting long-term physical and psychological well-being.

How I help

Nutrition consulting & workshops in Vancouver and across BC.

Engaging, accessible, evidence-based

From a single workshop to an ongoing partnership, I turn nutrition science into something your group can actually use. I specialize in eating disorder and disordered-eating support and RED-S and endurance sport nutrition, backed by over a decade of experience across performance and recovery settings.

As a Registered Dietitian in Vancouver, I work with sport clubs, schools, clinics, and community groups across BC — in person around the Lower Mainland or virtually province-wide, so distance never limits who gets great nutrition education.

Curious how I explain these topics? Read my articles on RED-S and under-fueling.
