Does this sound like you?

You're training hard and showing up consistently — but you're still unsure how to fuel for energy, recovery, and race day. Between a packed schedule and conflicting advice from Google, social media, and fellow athletes, it's hard to know what actually supports your performance.

Maybe you've hit the wall at 30 km, battled stomach issues on long runs, watched your energy crash mid-training, or never felt sure how to carb-load before a race. Maybe you're just tired of guessing.

Imagine feeling energized throughout the day, strong in training, and confident knowing exactly how to fuel — so you can chase your goals while staying healthy and happy.

Why personalized fueling works

Research shows individualized nutrition improves endurance, recovery, and consistency across training cycles. Generic advice only takes you so far — lasting results come from fueling strategies built around your body, training, and life.

Frequently asked questions

Sports nutrition, answered

A single session is a one-time, 75-minute consult — a great option if you want focused guidance or to see whether we're a good fit. A package includes your initial session plus a series of follow-ups, so we can adapt your fueling as your training evolves and build lasting habits. Packages also include additional perks: I will coordinate with your wider team when helpful — sports physicians, coaches, physiotherapists — so your nutrition works alongside the rest of your care, and you can message me between sessions for quick questions (up to two a week). Anything that needs a deeper, more thorough answer we save for your sessions, where I can give it the attention it deserves. Most athletes see the biggest results with this level of ongoing, connected support.

Follow-ups are flexible and built around you. We typically schedule them to line up with your training blocks and race calendar — closer together when we're dialing things in, and spaced out as you gain confidence. You're never locked into a rigid timeline; we find a rhythm that fits your season and your life.

Not at all. My approach is about practical strategies, not restriction. We work with foods you enjoy and build fueling that fits your schedule, preferences, and goals. If a structured meal plan with a grocery list would help you, that's available as an add-on — but it's always your choice, never a requirement.

Many extended health plans cover Registered Dietitian services, so it's worth checking your specific coverage before booking. You'll receive a receipt after each session to submit to your provider, and direct billing may be available depending on your plan.

A sports dietitian helps active people fuel their training, recovery, and performance with nutrition strategies specific for their body, sport, and goals — not generic advice. In practice, that means dialing in what to eat before, during, and after training, planning race-day and travel nutrition, supporting energy availability and recovery, and troubleshooting issues like low energy, gastrointestinal trouble, or plateaus. As a Registered Dietitian with an IOC Diploma in Sports Nutrition — and an endurance athlete myself — I turn the science into practical fueling you can actually stick to.

No — you don't need a rigid meal plan to run a marathon. What matters far more is fueling consistently: eating enough to support your training, practicing your carbohydrate and hydration strategy on your long runs, and having a race-day plan you've tested well before race morning. Some runners like a structured meal plan for extra guidance, and I offer one as an add-on — but most people do best with flexible, practical strategies that fit their real life and training block, not a plan dictating every meal.
